I started as a petroleum engineer by education and found it did not interest me very much. That’s how I ended up in business and management. I spent the first 7 years of my career in corporate sales providing alternate business solutions to mainframes. Over the years, I have worked in marketing, software development, project management, personnel management, operations and eventually senior management. I have a background in many industries including oil and gas.

In 2014, after 23 years of working in the corporate world and having 2 adult children move out of the house, I decided to start a new chapter in my life. When people started asking me for help with their businesses, I had found my true passion. It’s funny how I have come full circle since this is exactly what I was trained to do as an engineer – build things and solve problems!
As a trained engineer, I take an analytical approach to solving business problems. My methodology along with my broad business experience gives a 360 degree view of the situation instead of just looking at an isolated piece of the puzzle.
I am a “roll up the sleeves and let’s get this done” kinda gal. Let’s lift the hood and see what’s inside the engine! I strive to come up with quick wins that will lead to the ultimate solution.

My passion is in helping business owners grow and succeed. I am a strong believer that it takes diversity of a team to build a business. This is why all my programs are based on “NetCP – Network, Collaborate and Profit”. Sure, you can achieve success on your own, but you can get there much faster if you have a strong team behind you!
It was an honour when starting in 2018, I was being recognized for the work that I do with start-up businesses and the impact I was making in the small business community. I was awarded 2018 New Business Venture Award at the SuPEARLative Gala and 2019 Entrepreneur of the Year at the Business from the Heart Awards.
When I am not consulting, you will find me either at the gym or behind a camera! Ask me about the 2016 Juno awards.
